From I-40
Take 85 North to Creedmoor exit: follow signs to Louisburg, NC
From1-95:
Follow 95 until reaching Hwy 561: follow signs to Louisburg, NC
From Raleigh
Take 401N to Louisburg
From Henderson, NC
Take US 1 to Franklinton US 1A, then take NC 56 to Louisburg.
